Focussing on What You Want Right Now in Your Life!

The reason where we are in our life is due to our wants and desires based on past wishes and dreams.  Take a moment and think deep how you wanted to be where you are right now, these thoughts previously crossed your mind. If you are not happy with the restuls, then its time to make some changes. And its ok to be not ok with where you are in your life, cause the moment you become unhappy or have discomfort that’s the moment you demand changes in your life.

I think its very important to know what exactly you want in your life and being specific about it is the key. Make sure to prioritize your list according to what’s most important to you. For example: here is the list to help you see,

1. Family/Relationship Wellbeing

2. Fitness Wellbeing

3. Financial/Business Wellbeing

4. Spiritual/Mental Wellbeing

5. Contribution/Social WellBeing.

On a 1-10 scale, 10 being the highest important to you, label each wellbeing area and you will soon see which catagory is the most important to you. Then you can bring your focus according to the area of your importance.  The moment you do that, you get closer and closer to being happy in life. This takes time and focus so please be patient. How to deal with past negative feelings in order to move forward with happiness

There are a few points I  would like to make about dealing with our past negative feelings, whether its about someone or an incident, you have to open up and deal with it one by one.  In order to move on with your life’s success and happiness, you have to express your negative feelings otherwise you will live all of your life in darkness of bad feelings. These negative feelings don’t just show up one day and tell you hey lets talk about it.The results of holding on to negative feelings and whatever happened to your past that effected you in a negative way, shows up everyday in your daily life without you knowing about it.

For example, your self esteem is not where it should be, your confidence is lower, you are not able to achieve some of your goals you envisioned, your relationship is not where you want it to be with your love ones including your kids, parents and friends. Your finances are not under control, you are having difficulty finding the right partner/lover in your life.

Your job is not what you dreamed about, you wish one day everything will fix itself and you will find happiness.

Well my friends you are not alone in this world, if you are experiencing one of the above issues, you are a normal human being just like the rest of us. The key is to find solutions for our daily life challenges and get to the next level of success in life.

Here is what you need to do in order to find out what might be holding you down. Take a notebook and start writing down anything that comes to your mind that might be negative, don’t think about it deep, just write whatever comes to your mind. (for example it could be words, images, people etc)

Next you have to ask yourself this question? What you want from life right now and what is important to you. Take a piece of paper and write down 10 things that you want in your life right now and 10 things that are very important to you.
