The reason where we are in our life is due to our wants and desires based on past wishes and dreams. Take a moment and think deep how you wanted to be where you are right now, these thoughts previously crossed your mind. If you are not happy with the restuls, then its time to make some changes. And its ok to be not ok with where you are in your life, cause the moment you become unhappy or have discomfort that’s the moment you demand changes in your life.

2. Fitness Wellbeing
3. Financial/Business Wellbeing
4. Spiritual/Mental Wellbeing
5. Contribution/Social WellBeing.
On a 1-10 scale, 10 being the highest important to you, label each wellbeing area and you will soon see which catagory is the most important to you. Then you can bring your focus according to the area of your importance. The moment you do that, you get closer and closer to being happy in life. This takes time and focus so please be patient.
